I appreciate the fact that the same day I had servicemen arrive to assess our situation. As you know we chose to replace our old furnace with a new one. Choosing the Lennox furnace was the best decision we made. Within days the old furnace was dismantled, disposed of, and our new Lennox was installed by your professional staff. This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had dealing with the installation of new equipment. Right from the beginning, we received superior service from your knowledgeable staff & their expertise made the transition seamless. They handled everything regarding the ductwork, venting needs, installation of the new programmable thermostat, instruction on proper care of the new equipment, and answering any/all questions. "We had a garage built with a guest suite over it and Blount heated the garage and the suite for us. They were competitively priced and nice people too!" Tonya H. "So, picture this, New Years Eve, about 1 AM, below zero temps, and our furnace quits working. Now what? I call Blount Heating and the owner came on the service call. It turned out it was nothing serious, but during the call he noticed that the heat chamber had a slight crack. He recommended that I contact them on the 2nd and have an estimator come out and give me a quote on a new furnace. He also said if I went with them on a new furnace he would waive the service call. The estimator, Dave Tisdale, came out and gave us the various options for replacement. We were concerned about doing this work in the coldest part of winter and were assured that they would set everything up and complete the job in the shortest time possible. They did all as promised!
