It turned out it was nothing serious, but during the call he noticed that the heat chamber had a slight crack. He recommended that I contact them on the 2nd and have an estimator come out and give me a quote on a new furnace. He also said if I went with them on a new furnace he would waive the service call. The estimator, Dave Tisdale, came out and gave us the various options for replacement. We were concerned about doing this work in the coldest part of winter and were assured that they would set everything up and complete the job in the shortest time possible. They did all as promised!
